The first-year rate
TotalAV Plus is available at £19 for the first year. This is an introductory price that applies to new subscribers. The payment covers a full 12 months and is charged in a single transaction when you sign up — not as a series of monthly payments. All prices include applicable VAT.
Once you have completed sign-up and payment, your subscription is active and you can install TotalAV on your covered devices straightaway.
Auto-renewal at the standard rate
After the first 12 months, TotalAV Plus auto-renews at £99 per year. This renewal happens automatically unless you cancel beforehand. TotalAV will send you a renewal reminder before the billing date — it is worth checking your registered email in the weeks approaching your renewal anniversary.
The renewal is charged to the same card used at sign-up. If your payment card has changed, update your details via your TotalAV account before the renewal date to avoid any interruption to your subscription.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you sign up and decide within the first 30 days that TotalAV isn't right for you, contact TotalAV support at support@totalav.com to request a refund. Refunds under the money-back guarantee return the full amount paid.

How to cancel
Cancellation is managed by contacting TotalAV support at support@totalav.com. There is no self-service cancellation option in the app itself. When you contact support to cancel, your subscription will be marked as non-renewing: it remains active until the end of the current annual period, then lapses without a further charge.
If you cancel close to a renewal date, confirm with support that the cancellation has been processed and that no further charge will be taken. Keeping a copy of the support response is a practical precaution.
